Servifreno continuously carries out individual, group and continuous training programs according to the needs of the people, in this way it allows them to increase levels of satisfaction, commitment, motivation, in addition to promoting creativity and innovation.

The trainings are focused on the professional development of our clients of light and heavy vehicles. Our technical talks are dictated by our specialized technical team who share their knowledge with Servifreno customers and their staff. In this way it is possible to clear doubts, improve techniques, update knowledge, present new products for the market and generate commercial strategies that help improve the mechanical practices and experience of the attendees.

The company has a management system for the measurement, prevention and control of occupational risks, accidents and diseases, with which it aims to create a culture of resilience. For this we carry out the following measures:

• Training in risk prevention, evacuation and rescue and first aid.
• We have fire prevention brigades.
• We carry out continuous drills for accident prevention.
• Occupational Safety and Health issues are dictated.
• We maintain private insurance in order to safeguard each of our employees.

During 2018 and 2019, Servifreno, as part of its commitment to its clients, developed a comprehensive training program nationwide, training nearly 4,000 people in the automotive sector, including mechanics, riveters, technicenters and spare parts warehouses.

Servifreno aware of the economic, social and political problems of some countries in the region was organized to help a group of foreign people in a vulnerable state. A commission organized for these activities was in charge of contacting several low-income families through social organizations, these people are exposed to various factors that hinder their transit through the country.

So we decided to support with a grain of sand and contribute with food and implements of first necessity as a sign of the great heart that the Servifreno family has with our foreign brothers.

During the month of December Servifreno visited the children of the ABEI Foundation to celebrate Christmas and provide them with an unforgettable experience. Thanks to this organization that opened the doors of their home for children and adolescents we were able to celebrate with them beautiful moments of inclusion and solidarity with a Christmas party where we were able to share pleasant moments with these angels who give us an example of strength.
